My story has taught me that life is too short to postpone pursuing a lifestyle filled with meaning and purpose. It should be lived with passion using intentional travel to discover, learn, heal, grow and transform.
The sudden loss of loved ones and being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder after living a stress-filled life, forced me to reimagine my own goals and plans several times.
Facing an uncertain future, I turned to travel each time to help me get clarity and gain confidence to rebuild my life and enter a new chapter. I now focus on prioritizing my health, well-being, happiness and I feel led to use my experiences to help and mentor others who want to stop going through the motions of life on autopilot and start living with intention.

What is travel coaching? It is not about booking trips. It is helping you to create intentions to get more meaning from your travels pre-trip, sometimes also guiding you through choosing the best places to travel to meet those goals, guiding you in being accountable in reaching your goals during your trip, and helping you to integrate the changes and lessons learned into your life to create lasting transformational change post-trip.
